My name is Jeyson Bonilla, and I graduated from the National Technical University (UTN) with a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry and Wildlife Engineering.
For the past few years, I have worked as a forest firefighter through volunteering with SINAC (Sistema Nacional de Áreas de Conservación), where I have gained valuable personal and professional experience.
Currently, I work as a Research Assistant on the Capuchins at Taboga project since October 2025.
I have learned about the individual species in each monkey group, I also work collecting fecal samples, conducting cognitive experiments, and more.
